DMCA Policy

New Woolworths Gates respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted a policy of responding to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws. This policy outlines the procedures for filing a copyright infringement notice and for filing a counter-notification.

Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the New Woolworths Gates website, please send a written DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL (i.e., web page address) of the location where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work.
  3. Identification of the URL or other specific location on the New Woolworths Gates website where the material that you claim is infringing is located.
  4. Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notification to our designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which New Woolworths Gates may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement.
